SHIP REPAIR AND SERVICE AT VINH TAN PORT
VINH TAN INTERNATIONAL SEAPORT is deep water port and also the first commercial seaport in Binh Thuan province, SOUTH – CENTRAL of Viet Nam. VINH TAN INTERNATIONAL SEAPORT improve local transport capacity, cut down logistics costs, and promote marine economic development. Covering more than 140 hectares in Vinh Tan commune, Tuy Phong district, the port has been designed to handle a capacity of up to Eight million tons of goods per year.

The port is now equipped with a general berth which can receive cargo ships with loading capacity of up to 30,000 deadweight tonnage (DWT) and two wharves likely to handle 50,000 DWT vessels. It is projected to develop an additional wharf that can accept 70,000 DWT ones. Previously, for the cargo ships carrying heavy equipment for industrial and energy projects in these regions, such vessels had to unload their goods at ports in Ho Chi Minh City or Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, cost for transport reduce much once the Port has established and operated.
